About Me
I’m Stephanie Janvier, an attorney and organizational development practitioner who coaches professionals and leaders through career and leadership transitions.
I’ve practiced law for ten years, including more than seven in a government legal office where deadlines are fixed and the stakes are real. I know what it’s like to be technically strong and still unsure what comes next, and I’ve trained and coached the attorneys living it.
I look at behavior first. Before recommending a strategy, I want to understand the pattern underneath the problem: what’s driving your decisions, what you believe is possible, and how your role and organization shape both. I honor what a person or system already does well, then look for the psychological and structural reasons it has stopped working.
My work combines coaching and organizational change practice to create clarity, make growth measurable, and give leaders practical steps for lasting change.
